Global Availability
I work with clients globally and track workouts, nutrition, and progress through my app.
Weekly Check-ins
Check-in Day
Every Sunday, submit your check-in review form.
Feedback & accountability
I review your workouts and diet weekly and provide you with personally recorded feedback.
Monthly zoom consults
Once a month zoom calls included for in depth reviews of your progress and goal setting for the next 4 weeks
Direct Coaching
Personal Involvement: I will personally oversee your progress from start to finish to ensure you achieve your goals.
